About Us
Why the Need?
While patients struggle with long wait times, doctors face an equally challenging battle—balancing excessive workloads with declining financial compensation.
That’s why we created MDFASTPASS— a smarter, faster way for patients and doctors to connect.
MDFASTPASS helps you skip the long wait and book non-emergency appointments quickly. Our platform makes it easy for providers to offer faster access, and for patients to get seen when they need it — without the hassle.
We’re here to make access to healthcare easier, faster, and more personal. With MDFASTPASS, you get the care you need, when you need it — with less stress and more support.
Who We Are?
Dr. Gregory Martin, a leading orthopedic surgeon, noticed a growing issue in his own practice. Patients desperate to be seen sooner were often willing to pay for expedited care and personal attention, yet there was no simple or compliant way to offer it. Many who couldn’t get an appointment fast enough would resort to leaving negative online reviews—even though they’d never actually seen him. The problem wasn’t poor care; it was lack of access. Dr. Martin’s reputation for exceptional outcomes and compassion made him one of the most sought-after surgeons in his field, but the traditional scheduling model simply couldn’t meet today’s demand.
Meanwhile, Jason Bates—who had spent over 15 years managing and consulting for medical practices—was facing the same issue from the business side. Declining reimbursements, rising costs, and increasing administrative burdens were making it harder than ever for private practices to stay profitable. His mission was to find innovative ways to support both physicians and patients, creating new service models that enhance care and financial sustainability.
Together, Dr. Martin and Jason saw an opportunity to bridge two major gaps in healthcare: access and viability. MDFASTPASS was built to give patients faster access to trusted care, while helping physicians reclaim the time and revenue they deserve.
It’s not just a scheduling solution—it’s a movement to preserve private practice, restore balance, and reimagine how non-emergent healthcare is accessed.
Because getting great care shouldn’t take months—and delivering it shouldn’t mean burnout or bankruptcy.
